Ageless Radiance Perfect Boiled-Eggs

Firstly, place eggs in a pot and cover with clean filtered water (I don’t use tap water to cook anything). Cook over high heat and bring to a boil. Once eggs are boiling, set a timer for 7 minutes if you like soft boiled eggs or 11 minutes for hard boiled eggs.
During this time prepare some ice water. Once desired timing is reached put eggs in the prepared ice water to halt cooking and shock or freeze the shell off the eggs
Let the eggs sit in the ice water for about 2 to 3 minutes.
