Easy Stove Top Herb-Crusted Sea Bass

As the saying goes, you are definitely what you eat. Furthermore, Ageless radiance truly begins with a very healthy diet. First add lots of good proteins to every meal like this easy stove top herb-crusted sea bass. As well as lots of fresh nutritionally dense vegetables like broccoli.

Ingredients: Easy stove top Herb-crusted Sea bass


  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil or alternately 1 tsp dried basil
  • Half thumb size fresh ground ginger or alternately 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 (6-ounce) skin on wild caught sea bass fillets (about 1 inch thick)healthy Herb-crusted sea bass
    • Spice Rub:
  • 2 tbsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika or cayenne if you like it spicy
  • 1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Organic broccoli or other vegetable of choice
  • Pumpkin seeds (optional)
  • raisins (optional)



To prepare marinade, combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl. And then add the fish to the marinade to coat well. Then let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes. After which you can remove the fish from the marinade and discard the marinade.


Meanwhile, prepare the rub by combining coriander and the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Finally rub your marinated fish with the spice mixture to add a layer of herb coating.

And Finally;

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Now add the fish and cook for 6 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Serve with either steamed broccoli or sauteed with pumpkin seeds and raisins. Or preferably green beans, spinach or your favourite vegetable of choice.

Herb crusted sea bass and broccoli

Besides, Sauteed red and yellow bell peppers would be awesome and loaded with Vitamin C for added nutritional punch.
