Healing Music: The Kinnor

King David plays healing music using his hand made kinnor. He is believed to have played in 444Hz key according to composer Michael Tyrrell. Most of the Psalms of David particularly Psalms 119 use 444Hz key. As a result, healing music is   associated with the kinnor; otherwise known as the Harp of David. Today the 444Hz key is re-gaining popularity not only for healing purposes but for recreation, meditation and better sleep.

Fortunately, you do not need the kinnor to make beautiful healing music!!

Healing Music:The Kinnor Identification

The Kinnor (Hebrewכִּנּוֹר‎) is an ancient Israelite string musical instrument in the yoke lutes family. It is in fact the most commonly mentioned and the first one to be mentioned in the Torah. Appearing in B’reshit (Genesis) 4:21. David as a shepherd boy plays  beautiful 444Hz key healing music from the kinnor which he made himself.

It’s exact identification is unclear. However, in the modern day it is generally translated as “harp” or “lyre.” And therefore associated with a type of lyre depicted in Israelite imagery, particularly the Bar Kochba coins.

This instrument is  referred to as the “national instrument” of the Hebrews. Modern luthiers have created reproduction lyres of the “kinnor” based on this imagery. The word has subsequently come to mean violin in Modern Hebrew.

Healing Music: The Kinnor History

Titus Flavius Josephus describes the kinnor as having 10 strings. Made from a sheep’s small intestine, and played with a plectrum (pick). Although the Book of Samuel notes that David played the kinnor “with his hand.” Early church fathers agreed that the cithara (kinnor) had it’s resonator in the lower parts of its body. As noted by the International Standard Bible Encyclopedia. Like the nevel, the kinnor likely consisted of a soundboard with two arms extending parallel to the body. With the arms crossed by a yoke from which the strings extend down to the body.

One etymology of Kinneret, the Hebrew name of the Sea of Galilee, is that it derives from kinnor. On account of the shape of the lake resembling that of the instrument. If this etymology is correct it may be relevant to the question of the shape of the instrument.

The kinnor is mentioned 42 times in the cannonized scriptures, in relation to divine worship, prophecy and festivals. It is sometimes mentioned in conjunction with the nevel. Which is also presumed to be a lyre but larger and louder than the kinnor. The Mishna states that the minimum number of kinnor to be played in the Temple is nine, with no maximum limit.

Healing Music: The Kinnor use in modern Hebrew

The word כינור kinór is used in modern Hebrew to signify the modern Western violin. It is also known as David’s harp. As mentioned earlier, David plays 444Hz key healing music from the kinnor he makes himself. Saul was troubled by evil spirits and music from David’s kinnor was the only thing that soothe the troubled king.

The Key of David (444 Hz) is the tuning calibration that proves to be the “key” that opens doors that no man could open.

Since ancient times, music has been recognized for its therapeutic value. Greek physicians used flutes, lyres, and zithers to heal their patients. They used vibration to aid in digestion, treat mental disturbance, and induce sleep.

Aristotle (373–323 BCE), in his famous book De Anima, writes that flute music could arouse strong emotions and purify the soul. Ancient Egyptians describe musical incantations for healing the sick.

The secret behind 444Hz – Tune yourself to the heartbeat of our planet

Healing frequency of the planet

To understand the healing power behind 444Hz, you must first learn about the heartbeat of our Earth. The frequency, 8Hz. It is said that 8Hz is the fundamental “beat” of the planet. This giant ball of dirt and rock hurtling through space emits a natural electromagnetic frequency better known as Schumann resonance. So named after physicist Winfried Otto Schumann. He is the one who documents it mathematically in 1952.

Not nearly enough people get their minimum daily intake of the Schumann resonance. Human ancestors got a heavy dose every single day. Walking around barefoot, sleeping on the ground and running through the woods hunting. Meandering from bush to bush gathering nuts and berries, and even just sitting on the packed earth in their homes. But with the rise of thicker footwear and man-made flooring, man experiences far less Schumann resonance.

A sad lot to be in since 7-8 Hz has been shown to effect a healing change in the body. And to regulate the body’s electrical signals and conducting channels after flying on a plane. Using WiFi or Bluetooth, or being surrounded by appliances and cell phone towers and dirty electricity.

Winfried Otto Schumann-Earth's electromagnetic frequency

Schumann resonance is a global electromagnetic resonance. It has its origin in electrical discharges of lightning within the cavity existing between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere. This cavity resonates with electromagnetic waves in the extremely low frequencies of approximately 7.86Hz – 8Hz.

The “ordinary” thought waves created by the human brain range from 14Hz to 40Hz. This range only includes certain types of dendrites belonging to brain cells. Predominantly within the left (the more rational) hemisphere of the brain, which is the center of activity.

Earth's healing frequencies

The heartbeat of the earth

If the two hemispheres of our brain are synchronized with each other at 8Hz, they work more harmoniously. And with a maximum flow of information. In other words, 8Hz seems to be the key to the full and sovereign activation potential of our brain.

Healing music quote

In a discussion of human resonant frequency by scientists at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, an abstract was published of findings. The abstract stated human bodies are often exposed to vertical vibrations at work or while traveling in thier vehicles. Prolonged exposure may cause undue stress and discomfort in the body especially at it’s resonant frequency. By testing the response of the body on a vibrating platform, researchers found the whole-body fundamental resonant frequency around 5Hz.

Grounding is a simple way to reorient ourselves to the frequencies of the Earth. Going outside for ten to twenty minutes a day barefoot. Such as to get in touch with trees, rocks, dirt, or any natural thing that’s touching the earth. Grounding gets rid of the dirty electricity. All while absorbing the healing properties associated with the Schumann resonance.

Now there is grounding shoes and sandals made of natural fibers like leather that still lets you connect with the earth. As opposed to rubber or thick foamed soled shoes that cuts off your connection.

Meanwhile, 8Hz is also the frequency of the double helix in DNA replication. Melatonin and Pinoline work on the DNA, inducing an 8Hz signal to enable metosis and DNA replication. A form of body temperature superconductivity is evident in this process.

Can sound vibrations and music heal the body?

Sound healing is the practice using audio tones and vibrational frequencies to repair damaged tissues and cells within the body. It works on the idea that all matter is vibrating at specific frequencies. As previously mentioned sickness, disease, depression, and stress cause human beings to vibrate at a lower frequency. Playing tones that promote healing, happiness, and vitality will allow DNA strands to repair themselves.

Sound has been used as a healing tool for centuries. It is still regularly utilized by many alternative health care centers and cultures with rich ancestral traditions. Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, drumming therapy, and even chanting are all used in sound therapy. Many participants experience strong emotions during therapy sessions. Advocates of sound healing claim that it has the power to heal mental illness, arthritis, autoimmune disorders, and can even shrink cancerous tumors.

The healing frequency of Music

There are 6 prominent healing musical frequencies found in the Hebrew scriptures. Amongst which is the 444Hz otherwise known as the key of David. 444Hz key is outlined in the Hebrew scriptures in B’midbar (Numbers) 7 and Tehillim (Psalms) 119.

See this video on YouTube – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqSf1L2dxUQ

The most important frequency is the 528Hz or C note (if you use the 444Hz calibration). Much study and experimentation have been done with this frequency. From Emoto’s work on healing water and frozen water crystal structures, to DNA repair by genetic researchers using this frequency. The 528Hz frequency is also given the name, “Miracle Frequency”, “Healing Frequency”, “Creative Frequency” and others reflecting its amazing qualities.

In using the 444Hz calibration the notes are slightly sharp. Interestingly, most professional singers naturally sing slightly sharp. I believe that this is another evidence that the 444Hz calibration is more accurate. Because this seems to reflect that their DNA is actually telling them to sing sharp or into the 444Hz key.

The Healing Music phenomenon

Music innervates daily life. Just as emotional health is critical to your humanity, music, sound, and vibration are tied up in your overall well-being. Sound doesn’t need to be structured to elicit an emotional and physiological response.

Think back to the last time you are sitting quietly minding your own business, focusing on some project. When out of nowhere the air is split by the sound of a glass or plate clattering on the ground. You snap to attention, briefly entering fight-or-flight fear mode.

Daisy drop vibration

This is due to an even weirder phenomenon. The gut reaction to jump and become afraid at loud noises is deeply woven into human genetics. Loud noises elicit a fear response, including increased blood pressure and pulse rate, in order to keep you alive. And that type of fight-or-flight, sympathetic nervous system reaction initiates the release of the chemical norepinephrine. Which shuts down immune functions like viral defense and ramps up the production of specialized white blood cells called monocytes. These monocytes, while extremely effective in inhibiting infection, are by nature pro-inflammatory.

Inflammation occurs if you are constantly exposed to loud noises. Or sounds that cause a similar reaction to a nonstick pan colliding with tile, or louder. Worst yet stressful situations cause similar response. Hindering the rise and rule of longevity and physical health.

Hummingbird music

However, if you expose yourself to sounds that are more wholesome, you can reduce the damaging effects of other sounds. And even heal yourself of a myriad diseases and decrease the prevalence of harmful mental states and degenerative physiological conditions.

Hertz measures sound as 1 vibrational cycle per second – these are frequencies…All this means is that each sound vibrates 444 times per second.I believe Elohim the creator of the universe gave David the 444Hz keyElohim given 444hz key music

Words and sounds are much more than just a method of communication. They are tangible forces that have a direct effect on your health and well-being. Quantum physics shows that the human body and the entire universe is made up of tiny pieces of vibrating matter. Matter that’s hinged together by magnetic forces. Exposing the internal organs and brain to different musical frequencies will encourage your living matter to heal from within. Therefore raising your body frequency and promoting health, vitality and spiritual enhancement.

As you go through your day, think about how your exposure to various types of vibrations affect you. What kind of music do you listen to? Are you getting in touch with the planet you live on? Do you play frequencies like 444Hz, 528Hz, or  frequencies in the 800s, These will help hone in on specific areas of your body? Can you surround yourself with pulsing, electromagnetic energy to reset your brain and capitalize on the waves you generate naturally?

How Sound & Vibrations Can Elevate Your Life

Healing Music quote

There are lots of ways you can maximize your exposure to beneficial vibrations including grounding. At some point in the day find time to kick aside your shoes and wiggle your toes in some dirt. It doesn’t have to be long. Just ten or twenty minutes, so you’ve got every opportunity to include this in your daily routine. Wholesome, total-body rejuvenation can occur from within, all you have to do is tune your environment, and your body will inevitably follow suit.

Neuroscientist Seth Horowitz wrote a book called The Universal Sense: How Hearing Shapes the Mind. He talks about the “right rhythms” for your brain. Which may affect neuro-hormonal changes that occur over several months to a single neuron. Changing its activity state in milliseconds or less.

With EEG (electroencephalography) machines, a few major rhythms are identified. These underpin the human cortex. The largest part of the brain that plays a key role in memory, attention, perception, cognition, awareness, thought, language, and consciousness. Each of which changes under different physiological and cognitive conditions.

EEG brain waves

  • The theta rhythm is the slowest (4-8 Hz) and rises at least in part from the hippo-campus during memory processing.
  • Meanwhile, the alpha rhythm (6-12Hz) is generated by connections between different parts of the cortex. Including the cortex and the thalamus.
  • Likewise, the beta rhythm (20 Hz) is generated in the motor cortex to control voluntary movement. And is usually only seen right after a person stops moving, acting as a sort of “off switch”.
  • And finally the gamma rhythm (40 Hz), may be involved in binding together individual sensory inputs and feedback loops. This let’s  you observe the world as a coherent, consistent environment.

But waves, rhythms and electrical vibrations don’t zap around just in your cranium.

Can Music Heal the body?

These waves interact with your entire body. This is how sickness, disease, depression, and stress cause human beings to vibrate at a lower frequency.  There’s also a great book available titled Healing and Recovery, by Dr. David Hawkins. In it, he explains how frequencies, including audible frequencies produced by sound and music, can elicit  positive or negative emotion. And those frequencies can also elicit positive vibrations in different cells and tissues in your body. But they can also cause negative vibrations. That’s why some music makes you feel really good, while some can stress you out and irritate you.

vibrational healing frequency

Sound medicine is the science of bio-hacking these bodily rhythms. The rhythms  that are vibrating in your brain, feet, and everywhere in between. In order to maximize the prominence and efficiency of specific wavelengths.

Dr. Horowitz mentions a number of commonly-used strategies. Like playing a tone or noise at a particular rate.  Like the 8-10 Hz posterior alpha rhythm to induce relaxation. Methods like that are a bit simplistic. So he furthermore states that you need to expose yourself to a complicated input. From a number of sources acting together to get large portions of your brain hooked to a single rhythm. One way to do that is through binaural beating.

Healing Music: Beats and Tones

Most of the current research on binaural beats is based on the early 1970’s research done by biophysicist Gerald Oster. He shows that when a tone  plays in one ear, and a slightly different tone  plays in the other. The difference between the tones causes the brain to create a third, internal tone. This is the binaural beat.

The binaural beat  syncs up the brain waves in both hemispheres, a process duly dubbed “brainwave entrainment..

In 2008, the journal Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine published a review of twenty studies. They studied  brainwave entrainment and patient outcome and concluded that it is indeed an effective tool against cognitive functioning deficits. As well as against  stress, pain, headaches, behavioral problems, and premenstrual syndrome.

Sound Waves

Sound is used to treat more serious conditions than a simple lack of focus or drive. However, ultrasound, commonly used in observing the fetus in the womb, uses sound waves to produce a visible image. It’s also used to determine pain sources, as well as loci of swelling and infection.

But lately, it’s taking  on a more therapeutic application. Either by itself or in conjunction with drugs. It is used to treat other conditions. Including diabetes, stroke, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, infections, osteoporosis, thrombosis, glaucoma, nerve damage, skin wounds and bone fractures.  One of the primary ways by which it works is its interactions with cells and tissues.

Vibrational Frequency

Your cells have what’s called electrical potential. By which they resonate and vibrate at specific frequencies that change under various circumstances. All molecules, including the ones that make up your cells, oscillate at a specific frequency whose intensity depends on temperature.

For single molecules and molecule groups, there’s characteristic frequency patterns with defined peaks already used in modern chemical analysis. The characteristic spectra of molecular vibrations of many biomolecules is determined for different tissue types, ranging from 1011–1014 Hz.

A whole  healthy human body vibrates between 62MHz and 68MHz.

Human cells can start to change (mutate) when their frequency (life force) drops below 62MHz.

58 MHz is the frequency of your body when you have a cold or the flu.

When candida is present within your body, you vibrate at a frequency of 55MHz.

42 MHz is the frequency of a body wherein cancer can appear.

When the death process begins – the frequency is measured at 20 MHz.

Certain parts of tissue cells representing polar lipids will exhibit varying frequency patterns in different environments. Such include the cell membrane, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, and different microsomes.

When the cell is damaged, it reads the electromagnetic signals of specific frequencies in order to properly respond to the surrounding circumstances.

Ultrasound will actually elevate the temperature of the target tissue cells. It’ll also impact the vibrational frequency of the entire cell. And granted, different tissue types will react differently.

Osteocytes (bone cells) have a higher ultrasound absorption coefficient than muscle cells. So they react more dramatically. But ultrasound is still beneficial to the entire body.

Cellular Cavitation

Perhaps the most dramatic effect is called “cellular cavitation.” Cavitation bubbles form when high-amplitude ultrasonic pressure waves travel through liquid. When the bubbles occur in close proximity, they rupture. The resulting jets can rapidly stretch cells, poke holes in them. Or even obliterate their membranes, leading ultimately to cell death.

Dying cells express a signal to the surrounding surviving cells to eat them and clean up the remains. A process known as “autophagy.” This is what makes ultrasound so effective against unhealthy, damaged, and/or tumorous cells. By targeting them, the ultrasound waves cause them to rupture and be swept up by the surrounding tissue cells.

Vibrational Energy Healing & Restorative Frequency Therapy

Limit or eliminate exposure to deleterious sound and vibration frequencies. Composer Michael Tyrrell realized that there are negative frequencies that cause negative physiological effects. In particular, the mainstream  “A” tone generated by most tuning instruments oscillates at a frequency of 440 Hz, which, when played on its own over the body, introduces a certain level of physiological chaos.

Tyrrell did some experimentation and discovered that sonically, moving up ever so slightly to 444Hz gives you the greatest frequency. Something you can play safely because it activates every single organ, and positively impacts your DNA. Tyrrell now makes music of specific frequencies that are associated with positive emotions as well as different organ functions. All based on his discovery of the healing music of 444Hz, the key of David.
